I had this unit for over a year now back in August I found out they swap owners..September I get a message that my unit had no lock to go check it out...the whole entire time on my way to the storages I'm texting the girl that is working...the minute I get there find my unit empty she stops responding me ...called deputies they arrive the next day and I find that they have detectives on this case because I wasn't the only unit many were robbed in to..I arrive the day after that to clean up the trash that was left behind to return the unit while I'm the a guy and his wife arrive since I had the same message about their unit and sure enough they were robbed...and the deceives called me to tell me they were dropping my case because there's no way to prove anything because they don't have cameras mind that the new owners have been there for months and they haven't installed cameras? and they're calling everyone one by one acting like they don't know why the storage has no locks? and to find out I'm struggling with my insurance because I have no pics of the broken locks which the owners got rid of when I showed up they had put a temporary on it....I honestly believe these people had something to do with it
We had to sweep our unit before we could use it. We had a large amount of rain this spring and it caused the concrete floor to crack and buckle. Nothing has been done to fix it. Now it gets wet and retains water. We had to put everything in plastic totes instead of boxes. My payment has been higher each month since we started. Every month I pay more than the month before. All they say is, well our prices went up. Every month??!!!
